Step 4:

Complete the "Enter Required Information" section.

Enter Required Information
  1. Type in your "Gallery Code" and "Personal Pin". Each gallery you create must have a unique "Gallery Code" but the "Personal Pin" can be the same for every gallery. You can choose whatever you'd like for the "Gallery Code" or "Personal Pin" but common choices are the customer's cell phone number for the "Gallery Code" and the school's initials with the year for the "Personal Pin". Just remember to keep it consistent and well-documented in case you need to access a gallery or your client has lost their login information.
  2. Enter your "Studio Reference". This is commonly the name of your customer.
  3. Select your "Price Sheet". Before you can create any galleries you will need to fill out the price sheet form by "Set-Up a New Price Sheet" under the "Price Sheets" dropdown. You can create as many price sheets as you would like.
  4. Select your "School" from the list you created prior.
  5. Enter the student's first and last name as it should appear in the yearbook. The student will be able to verify that information when they choose their yearbook pose.

  1. "Shipping Fee" is only filled out if you wish to make the shipping fee for the gallery differ from the default shipping fee set in your account information.

Step 6:

Upload your images.

Upload your images.
  1. "Choose File": navigate to your images on your computer. You are only able to upload images that have been compiled into a zip folder. Rename the zip folder with a unique name. Make sure your images are cropped to an 8x10 format prior to uploading to the Image Connection. Also please make sure there is no punctuation in any of the names of your folders or image files. Files names cannot be more than 28 characters.
  2. "Upload and Save": Upload times may vary and your images will not instantly appear after your upload is successful. The rule of thumb is to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes before looking for your images. If there is a large volume of uploads happening on our systems the wait time may be longer.
